With the successful operation of Jiangsu Zhenjiang 100 megawatt battery energy storage power station, as a super large capacity "charging treasure" in the city, the energy storage battery is fully charged when the power consumption is low, and used as a power generation source to release power when the power consumption is peak, effectively filling the power gap, and ensuring the generation of active power to the maximum extent.(Lithium - Ion Battery Equipment)
The Sanyue Energy Storage Power Station, located in Yangzhong City, is one of the eight distributed power stations of Zhenjiang 100 MW Energy Storage Power Station. The scale of the power station is 10MW/20MWh. All of them adopt the shelter type prefabricated cabin layout of Tianjin Tuoxin Energy Storage Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. This is another effort of the company after the 863 project of Gansu Electric Power Company, and becomes a highlight of Zhenjiang 100 MW Energy Storage Power Station.
The shelter is beautiful in appearance and high in reliability. Its size is the same as that of the container. However, each side of the shelter is a whole plate, made of glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) as an important material and using advanced technology and materials. Compared with the container, it has higher corrosion resistance, aging resistance, heat insulation and flame retardancy, and the shelter has strong repairability, light weight and high strength, and low comprehensive cost. The applicable ambient temperature can reach - 41 ℃~50 ℃, and the service life can reach more than 25 years.
Compared with stainless steel and corrugated steel, fiberglass reinforced plastic precast cabin has significant advantages, as shown in the following table.
The energy storage battery is sensitive to changes in the external environment. The shelter provides a "safe haven" for the battery in its full life cycle. Even if the wind and rain erode and the sand and dust cover the sky, it still strives to ensure the safe, reliable, efficient and stable operation of the power station, and ensure that residents' electricity consumption is safe.
