In order to implement the requirements of the Opinions of the People's Government of Guangdong Province on Accelerating the Innovative Development of the New Energy Automobile Industry, and implement the tasks of "100% charging facilities must be built or construction and installation conditions must be reserved for new residential parking spaces, and relevant standards and requirements must be included in the building design and acceptance specifications", Recently, the Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development of Guangdong Province issued the announcement of the Guangdong provincial standard Technical Regulations for the Construction of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations").
The key points are as follows:
1、 Comprehensive content and strong operability. Compared with relevant domestic standards, the Code covers planning, architecture, electrical, ventilation and air conditioning, water supply and drainage and other professional contents, and makes clear requirements for the whole construction process from planning, design to construction, acceptance, etc., which is more comprehensive and detailed, with strong operability.(Lithium - Ion Battery Equipment)
2、 The basic principles of electric vehicle charging infrastructure construction are clarified. The Regulations clearly put forward that the construction of electric vehicle charging infrastructure should follow the configuration requirements of relevant government documents, combine the technical status of the electric vehicle industry, take into account the future development, comply with the development trend of electric vehicle charging technology, and achieve the construction principle of combining far and near, and moderately leading. It should not only meet the development needs of new energy vehicles, but also avoid investment waste caused by blind construction.
3、 The technical measures and acceptance requirements for power supply and distribution design of electric vehicle charging infrastructure are unified. The Code provides clear requirements or solutions for the power supply and distribution system design, load calculation, demand factor selection, reserved installation conditions and other issues that are controversial in the current design process, so as to make the design more reasonable and the technical measures more unified. At the same time, the Code also specifies the operable acceptance requirements for the problems that perplex the construction unit in how to conduct the acceptance of the charging infrastructure.
4、 Attach importance to fire safety and combine safety with development. The Code stipulates the strengthening measures for the construction of electric vehicle charging infrastructure in terms of fire protection, reducing fire risk and reducing fire losses by reducing fire compartment, setting fire protection units, strengthening fire protection measures, controlling the influence range of electric vehicle fire, etc. It is the first time in China to put forward clear requirements for the fire protection design of electric vehicle charging infrastructure in a relatively complete way. Although it will increase construction investment in the short term, However, it is beneficial to reduce fire risk and fire loss, and has certain social benefits.
